Introduced in 1937, this alphabet was drawn by Imré Reiner with a pen cut from bamboo cane. It is a dramatic script with an angular and irregular design. The informal nature of this typeface makes it suitable for display work, especially where one might wish to suggest the intervention of an artist's hand, mind or eye.
