Microsoft Core Fonts for the Web
Microsoft shipped a set of fonts with Internet Explorer 5 that became known as the Microsoft Web Core Fonts. Because these are commonly found on computers with Mac OS X and Windows, they are referred to by web designers as "web safe fonts."
Ascender is proud to the Microsoft Web Core Fonts for license to software developers and hardware manufacturers who want to provide a consistent web browsing experience in their products.
